The inn is ideally located at the front of the building, offering a perfect view of Duvall Street activities. It's popular due to its prime location, but the initial room was tiny, dirty, and had mold issues.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything you need and nothing you don't. The rooms were clean, cozy, and a great value for the area. Plus, being located at the front of the building allowed me to watch the exciting Duvall Street activities.

I had a cozy stay in this hotel with two queen beds downstairs, perfect for a short visit. The room was cool and even had a little kitchenette. Set in the rear of the property, it provided a peaceful retreat. The service was exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to ensure guests' enjoyment. The location was ideal for exploring, situated conveniently on the east end of Duval street with plenty of nearby attractions. The dining offered a great start to the day with a varied breakfast spread. Overall, a great value for the price paid.

I couldn't have asked for a better stay! The rooms were perfect for me, my wife, and my mom, so clean, tidy, and well-equipped with lovely beds. We were pleasantly surprised by the welcomed amenities like chocolates on the pillows, water bottles in the fridge, beach towels, and even a microwave. The hotel was perfectly cozy, and the little kitchenette was a nice touch for our short stay.
